Today computers are used in almost every industry to hasten the work and give accurate information. In medical field computers are widely used for monitoring the health of patients in an automated way and diagnosing different diseases. It is really surprising, that a machine like computer is used to perform certain critical operations inside the human body. Initiation of computer in medical industries started after the introduction of patient monitoring equipment; these were small computers that made the work of nurses easy and fast. After the successful implementation of this machine, doctors also comprehended a rapid rise of using computerized machines in medical industry in near future. The perception was very much true; computers are widely used in medical field these days and also very much successful in performing several medical procedures.

Recently, using remote operative technology to conduct remotely different operations procedures by combination of video conferencing along with robotics; usually the surgeon or doctor perform the operation with the help of this technology while sitting at one end of the world and the patient at the other end. After success of remote techniques, medical video conferencing techniques are also widely used. New inventions such as nano robots and keyhole surgery are some of the most popular medical technologies based on computer. DNA sequencing is a technique using a computer to decode the DNA of a victim and living beings to find out the specific DNA code causing genetic disorder. Though the code has been found out, still the cure for such genetic disorder has not yet come.
